General Policies & Stay Information
Checking In/Out
Your adventure at The Springs begins at 3 PM and lasts until 11 AM on your departure day. These times help us ensure that each room is perfectly prepared for incoming guests.
Payments and Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and accommodating. Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival incur only a $25 service charge. With our optional cancellation guarantee you may cancel or shorten your visit at any time and you will receive a refund equal to the value of paid rental for the unused portion of your stay less twenty five dollars and the fee for this service. The fee is 10% of your total rent. Cancellation must be received no later than 11 AM for that day to qualify. If cancellation is received after 11 am, that day's stay is considered "Used".
You may add this feature anytime prior to collection of your final payment. Should you choose to add the cancellation guarantee the fee for this service is 10% of your total rent.
No Smoking
Our commitment to a smoke-free environment is absolute. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and facilities. Violating this policy incurs a $200 cleaning fee, ensuring the comfort and health of all guests.
Bicycles
To protect the integrity of our rooms, bicycles are not permitted inside. However, we provide secure bicycle storage facilities, ensuring your valuable gear is safely stored and easily accessible. The shed lock code can be found in your room.
Housekeeping
We offer full housekeeping services once every seven days for extended stays. This eco-conscious approach helps us conserve resources while still providing impeccable service. Additional cleaning services are available for a nominal fee.If you would like this service during your extended stay just give us a call!

Although we love our furry friends, no pets are allowed at The Springs Motel.

Check-In Procedure
We've implemented a contactless check-in process. Your check-in email will contain all necessary details, including a secure door code, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free start to your stay.
Check-Out Process
On your departure day, kindly place used towels in the bathroom and ensure you haven't left any personal items behind. We appreciate your feedback via a Google review and hope to welcome you back soon. Room cleaning begins promptly at 11am. Please kindly call or text if you anticipate an early departure. This allows us to maintain a high level of service for all of our guests who travel through.

Each of our rooms comes equipped with amenities including WiFi, a smart TV, climate control, a mini-fridge, and an electric kettle, along with complimentary coffee, tea, and a hairdryer. All essential toiletries and linens are provided for your convenience.
