  • How do we book?

  • What time is check in and check out?

    • Check in starts at 3pm, check out is 11am​

  • How do we enter our rooms? 

    • We have established a contactless check in process, please refer to your check in email message for the door code. Please double check your door is locked during your your stay for your security.

  • What do we do at check out?

    • Please place your used towels in the bathroom and check for any remaining personal items in the room. Thank you for your stay and please consider giving us a Google review for your stay!​

  • What is your refund policy?

  • What amenities do the rooms offer? 

    • Each suite offers an ensuite bathroom. It is also equipped with wifi, smart TV, A/C, heat, mini fridge, electric kettle, coffee, tea, and hairdryer. Essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, and pillows are also included.

  • Is there parking on site?

    • Yes - free parking is available on site. ​​​

  • Do you offer Wifi?

    • Yes - free wifi onsite is available, please see the manual in your room for more information. ​

  • How do I work my motel room TV?

  • Does the number of guests on my booking matter?​

    • Yes, please ensure the total number of guests matches that on your booking. ​

  • Do you allow pets?

    • Sorry, no pets are allowed.

  • Do you allow smoking?

    • No, we do not allow smoking on the property. ​

  • Is there an outdoor area we can use on site? 

    • The fire pit and gazebo on site are available for shared use during your stay. Please respect these shared places and keep the clean - enjoy!​

  • Do you have cleaning supplies?

    • There are basic cleaning supplies available for your use in the bathroom of each room.​
